LifeForce Yoga® for Mood Management: I Am Bliss and So Are You
July 6, 2018 - July 8, 2018
Stockbridge, MA 01266 United States
Let Amy Weintraub, author of Yoga for Depression and Yoga Skills for Therapists, guide you through evidence-based yoga practices you might not find in regular classes and gentle self-inquiry to help release whatever blocks you from knowing your own true nature beneath your aches, pains, and shifting moods.
You will experience ever-expanding moments of bliss, as you remember who you truly are. Designed for all levels of yoga practitioners, including beginners, many of these practices are suitable for use in a clinical setting. Healing professionals are invited to learn tools for their own self-care, as well as for those they serve. This workshop fulfills the prerequisite for the LifeForce Yoga® Practitioner Training.
Recommended reading/listening/viewing Amy Weintraub, Yoga for Depression (Broadway Books); LifeForce Yoga® to Beat the Blues—Levels 1 & 2 (DVD), and LifeForce Yoga® CD series, available at www.yogafordepression.com.
For everyone, including yoga and health professionals. 12 CEUs available. This program can be used as an elective towards the completion of your 300-Hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training.
